"All of us were crying for joy together with my relatives, my loved-ones, the priests and even the staff of the Companion of the Cross healing ministry who were there present when my mom, Nieves Chan Paran was miraculously healed instantly after a minute by the healing touch of Father Fernando Suarez around lunchtime (Friday noon, September 11, 2009) right after he arrived in THEOTOKOS (Greek name for the Mother of God) fresh from Mactan-Cebu International Airport. It was a very private & special healing moment at the very site of Carcar, Cebu, Philippines' famous dancing sun around 17 years ago of the year 1992 where I personally witnessed it myself. My mom was crippled after she slipped off from the slippery bathroom floor three years ago which is after a year my father, Eriberto Paran (RIP) was bedridden for his 2nd major stroke. She underwent series of surgeries in different hospitals for the implant of the stainless on her pelvis bone for her to walk again but she got stroke a year after that which made her unable to walk and talk. Half of her body was paralyzed plus, the fact that we also have to monitor her diabetes. We were stunned, speechless and shocked when she can easily moved her arms, hands and legs. She even stands on her own without aid from her wheelchair with strong arms, hands and legs. She can now shake her whole body right after she was touched by Father Fernando Suarez. We were shaking and in teary eyes as we personally witnessed the living miracle of God’s healing touch through His healing instrument like Fr. Suarez.
